Here at HealthQuest Chiropractic Center in Kirkland, WA, we are pleased to help Kirkland, Woodinville, Totem, Lake, Kingsgate, and Redmond patients to achieve wellness with the natural healing methods used by our chiropractor, acupuncturist and massage therapists. We offer more services than a stand alone chiropractic center since our menu of services includes chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy from licensed massage therapists.  We also believe in multi-disciplined care and work closely with excellent physical therapists and Orthopedic doctors.

Our patients are often suffering from some type of pain or illness, and the care received here is carefully crafted to relieve that. We treat car accident victims, whiplash injury, victims of on the job injuries, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and many other illnesses. We are also proud to be a resource for total wellness. We provide care during pregnancy, which can give stress relief to expectant moms and can help relieve the many aches and pains that may come up for women carrying a baby.

Our services generally start with a consultation with Dr. Marson, during which the patient is thoroughly examined for injury and the patient can explain exactly what type of pain or illness they are suffering from. Dr. Marson will then work with the patient to craft a recovery and wellness plan. Since complementary therapy such as massage therapy, provided by our massage therapists, and acupuncture can often help to alleviate pain and inflammation problems even more quickly, Dr. Marson may combine these therapies.

Massage therapy, which is done by our massage therapists Kristen Kohler, LMP and Katie Sullivan, LMP here at Healthquest, is much more than a way to relax and unwind: Massage therapy is a genuine healing art when done by extensively trained massage therapists. Massage can reduce inflammation, can help reduce pain, and can help patients to increase mobility since it allows painful and knotted up muscles to function as they were meant to once again.

Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medical therapy, often combined with the other methods of healing done here at our facility, that uses very fine needles (about the diameter of a thick hair) to help relieve pain, heal injuries, and improve overall health.  Dr. Lori Jin, a licensed acupuncturist, has extensive medical training and experience in China.  She received her MD in China (both Western and Eastern medical training), and her Ph.D. (Pharmacology) from the University of Minnesota.  She has been practicing acupuncture in Washington State for over 10 years.  Dr. Jin has always been passionate about acupuncture and Eastern medicine, and she uses acupuncture to treat a wide range of health problems.  She is especially interested in pain management.

Our chiropractor, Dr. William Marson, has been here at HealthQuest Chiropractic for over 16 years and has extensive experience in healing the natural way. Dr. Marson always begins by explaining each patient about how spinal injuries affect the body, and how they can be prevented. The job of chiropractors is more than healing, it is also to help the patient with prevention. As Dr. Marson tells our patients, the care that chiropractors give, when combined with a healthy lifestyle on the patient's part, can result in overall better body function, higher productivity levels, and can put patients on the road to optimum health.
