Kathleen Sue Sullivan, LMP

Philosophy:

I love massage. I feel it is a powerful modality with the potential to change people's lives; from, curing painful injuries, to reeducating chronically-worn bodies, to easing disease-causing stress. I have a gentle approach to deep work, using a variety of techniques to get the maximum benefit for each individual client. My specialties include: wellness, injury treatment, and pregnancy massage. It is a gift for me to offer a moment of peace and understanding in our often hectic world.

Work History:

HealthQuest Wellness Center:

I have enjoyed my time working with Kristen, Dr Marson and Dr. Lori at HealthQuest Wellness Center. It has been a very pleasant, casual and professional work environment. It is hard to believe that I have now been practicing massage for over 12 years! I am truly happy to find myself in a place with such caring, respectful and supportive workmates. Kirkland WA: August 2008 - present

Home Practice:

It has been my privilege to work with many of the same patients for over 10 years. I work with people that have chronic injuries, postural difficulties and highly stressed lives. Vashon, Redmond, Kenmore WA: February 1998 - present

Northwest Natural Medicine:

I had the oppotunity to work with four Naturopathic Physicians. I received referrals to work with patients with medical insurance and Personal Injury Protection cases. I built lasting professional relationships and gained a wealth of knowledge regarding and learned so much from my colleagues. Kirkland WA: May 2006 - July 2008

The Sanctuary Spa:

I was the Massage Therapy Lead; in charge of training therapists on the variety of massages and body treatments offered by the spa. I enjoyed pampering clients in a beautiful and relaxing spa environment. Redmond, WA: October 2001 - November 2005

InSpa:

I got my hands on a lot of clients straight out of school. I learned how to get a whole lot of massage done in a short amount of time. Seattle, Bellevue, Woodinville WA: July 1999 - October 2001
